This is the latest reinvention of Smith, an artist who started out as a rapper, then became a stand-up comedian, wrote several children’s books and now only receives offers for dramatic roles. Ben Bailey Smith plays one of the villains in Andor, the new Star Wars series that Disney+ will release on September 21.
